An espresso style / cappuccino with only 9 gram of coffee - It's my best one yet.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Grind size: 1.5 on Fellow opus
  • Filter: the AeroPress flow control filter cap + a paper filter

  1. Set the AeroPress in standard position with the flow control and a paper filter
  2. Add 9g of coffee to the AeroPress
  3. Pour 40 ml water into the AeroPress
  4. Swirl the AeroPress after 1 minute, then wait
  5. Warm and froth 125 ml of milk
  6. Swirl the AeroPress after 2 minutes, then wait
  7. Push plunger after 3 minutes
  8. Add milk to the coffee
