A Different AeroPress Recipe by Lance Hedrick - Decaf and Dark Roast Version

Creator: Cpt Tziank

This is Lance Hedrick's AeroPress recipe for decaf, dark roast, baked, or aged coffee. It focuses on coffee that is out of its prime but still can used.

This is NOT mine and you can find an analytical video about it from Lance Hendrick's YouTube video below.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Grind size: Grind 30g of coffee at around 1200 micron (800 or so burr movement); Around 35 clicks on a Comandante or 65 clicks on a 1ZPRESSO ZP6
  • Ratio: the amount of coffee can be scaled
