A Different AeroPress Recipe by Lance Hedrick - Lighter Roast Version

Creator: Rina Zhang

This is Lance Hedrick's AeroPress recipe for lighter roast coffee.

If you taste woody and vegetal notes in your coffee, give this recipe a try. It will help to reduce the woodiness and bring out the pleasant acidity and more body of the coffee.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Grind size: Medium-Coarse. Grind around 1000 micron (650 or so burr movement)
  • Ratio: the amount of coffee can be scaled
  • Bypass: 60g-100g of water
