A high acidity, balanced cup

I found this recipe by just trying something new. It gave me a sweet and high-acidity cup of coffee.

I used a Tanzania single origin with a medium acidity from itself. I tried this recipe with a Colombian and a Dominican Republic single origin, which also gave me a nice cup of coffee.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Grind size: Coarse, 1.0.0 on 1zpresso k-ultra
  • Coffee: Try something medium roast or high acidity
