An 'Espresso like' coffee

This recipe produces an almost espresso-like drink that tastes great on its own, but opens up very nicely when diluted.

High Dose, low water, lots of agitation - if you use the right kind of bean this recipe will hopefully produce a full bodied, round, super sweet and super tangy coffee.
