Single Cup of Joy

I always make coffee for 2 or 4 people with the golden rule of coffee brewing recipe - 15g of coffee and 225ml hot water - since I drink coffee with friends. However, when they are away I always end up with cold coffee cause I can't finish my drink before it cools down.

Thus, I started to look for a recipe which will give me enough amount of coffee that I can finish when the coffee still at its ideal temperature.

My recipe is inspired by the SCA cupping method, I tweak its ratio since AeroPress will allow me to filter some of the coffee oil and provide more agitation with the push.

The result quite amazed me, it will bring the sweetness of natural and honey processed coffee at its best.
