Coffee:

14g
Medium-Fine
East African coffee like regions in Ethiopia or Kenya

Water:

92°C / 197°F
220mL

Equipment:

  1. Rinse and preheat two paper filters
  2. Grind 14 grams of coffee, fine to medium fine
  3. Add ground coffee to the aeropress
  4. Bloom the coffee with 40g of water for 30 seconds
  5. at 0:30, add 180g water and place the plunger (but don't plunge)
  6. at 1:30 stir x 1
  7. at 1:50, press for 20 seconds
  8. Enjoy!
