Make a sweet cup, with 10 grams coffee.

10g
Medium-fine
Medium Roast

Water:

90°C / 194°F
150mL
  1. Pour 40gr of water onto the coffee, and swirl until your coffee is all wet (a few seconds).
  2. Let bloom for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour the other 110gr of water till 150gr for total.
  4. Wait till 1:45 and swirl 5 times.
  5. Press down very gently.
