Mark recommends using the inverted method with 30g of coffee beans.

The larger dose of coffee, combined with a coarser grind setting and a bypass at the end achieves a really nice, light and clean cup.

Coffee:

30g
Coarse
Any light/medium roasted coffee

Water:

93.5°C / 200°F
240mL

Equipment:

  1. Add 30g of coarse ground coffee to inverted AeroPress
  2. Add 120g water to coffee grounds
  3. Agitate vigorously for 10 seconds
  4. Wait 40 seconds
  5. Flip, press for 20 seconds
  6. Add the remaining 120g water to coffee
