This AeroPress recipe has evolved from many recipes in order to highlight the notes of any beans you use, trying to leave oils behind and as a result achieve a much cleaner cup.

Recipe details:

Inverted

Coffee:

14g
Coarse (28 clicks comandante)
Anaerobic or natural

Water:

90°C / 194°F
240mL

Equipment:

  1. Preinfusion with 60 grams of water for 30 seconds and little agitation
  2. Fill up the water to 240 grams with a slow pour
  3. Put on the cap and wait until 1 minute and 30 seconds
  4. Start pressing for 20 seconds and avoid pressing the last bubbles in order to avoid the rest of oil in the cup
  5. ENJOY!
